  • What are Assessment Invitation Credits?
    • Assessment invitation credits are used when inviting candidates to an assessment.
    • To run assessments, you'll need assessment invitation credits based on the number of candidates and assessment configuration.
  • How many credits are used per candidate invitation?
    • For basic assessments, 1 assessment invitation credit is used per candidate.
    • However, additional credits may be used depending on the assessment configuration when enhanced assessment features such as advanced assessment are included.
  • When are assessment invitation credits used?
    • When you invite candidates, assessment invitation credits will be used based on the number of candidates you invite and the assessment configuration.
    • If a candidate is deleted from the candidate list before starting the assessment, the assessment invitation credit usage for that candidate will be canceled.
    • However, once a candidate starts the assessment, the assessment invitation credit usage cannot be canceled.
  • What happens when I use all my monthly basic assessment invitation credits?
    • If you've used all your monthly basic assessment invitation credits, you can top up credits to continue using assessments.
    • Only the Chief Organization Administrator can top up credits.
    • Charged credits have no expiration date, but can only be charged and used while subscribed.
    • However, the Enterprise plan is operated under separate contract terms, so a separate inquiry is required if you need to top up credits.
  • What happens if payment fails due to card expiration, etc.?
    • If the payment fails, a notification email will be sent to the Chief Organization Administrator's email address.
    • Automatic payment retries may occur up to 3 times after payment failure.
    • If payment continues to fail, automatic payment retries will stop, and your subscription will end.
  • What happens when I cancel my subscription?
    • When you cancel your subscription, automatic payments will stop from the next billing date.
    • If you have a remaining paid subscription period, you can continue to use your current plan for that duration.
    • When your subscription ends, any charged credits you have will also become unusable. You can use them again by restarting your subscription.
  • Is a refund available?
    • In principle, payment amounts for subscription plans and charged credits are non-refundable.
    • However, refunds may be considered in exceptional circumstances where the company is at fault or refunds are required by applicable law.

  • What criteria are used to calculate the refund amount, and how can I request a refund?
    • In exceptional cases where a refund is approved, the refund amount will be based on the actual payment amount (including taxes).
    • The refund amount does not include discounts applied through coupons or promotions.
